When you’re looking to make a good impression, your food needs to look and taste exceptional. I create food that will give your event the ‘wow’ factor.

All my menus are created with you, and I can cater for gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, and vegetarian diets. I can also create a dedicated vegetarian or vegan menu if you need.

I pride myself on the attention to detail I take with food. This starts from using the finest ingredients from local, independent suppliers, to the little touches I add to food to really make flavours pop out.

I don’t deal with pre-packaged meats or ingredients. Everything – from the pastry in my strawberry tarts through to the chutney in my sandwiches – is homemade by me. The ham in my sandwiches even comes from a home-roasted gammon joint!

I can cater for any event you might be holding, including:

Breakfast platters

Everyday team lunch

Option 1: £8.50pp

Option 2: £9.50pp

Speciality soup (baked potato soup, meatball soup, lasagne soup) & crusty roll

  • Beef or veggie chilli & rice five bean chilli
  • Stovies with beetroot and oatcakes
  • Traditional Thai curry & rice

Traditional buffet lunch

  • Choice of homemade deep-filled sandwiches, (4 deep filled finger sandwiches per person)
  • Homemade quiche or pie or scotch egg
  • Homemade sausage roll
  • Large slice of milk chocolate brownie

Canape reception/buffet menu

Option 1: POA

Choose from 5 items per person.

  • Aberdeen Angus carpaccio fillet with horseradish crème fraiche
  • Haggis bon bon with grain mustard mayonnaise
  • Coppa pork with tomato chutney on crostini
  • Mushroom & garlic on crostini (ve)
  • Chicken Balmoral with Drambuie dressing
  • Posh fish & chip (individually wrapped)
  • Smoked salmon & oatcakes
  • Mini brioche bun with pulled pork & apple
  • Bite-sized cucumber open sandwiches (ve)
  • Mini brioche bun with hoisin duck (ve)
